Katie and James are absolutely incredible. We had them shoot our wedding and they are amazing to work with! Prior to the wedding, we had met in person and talked about what style of photos I liked, what moments I’d liked to be captured, etc. Meeting them before the big day really impacted our relationship because I got to know them as people, not just professionals. We talked for 2+ hours. And they are stellar people! So kind, thoughtful, and just genuine. Fast forward to the day of the wedding, they came in with so much energy and excitement and I could tell they love what they do. This made me (a nervous, stressed, and excited bride… all the emotions compiled together at some points) so grateful to have people on this day behind the lens as excited as I was. Katie would pose me, fix my dress, let me know if a hair was strayed away for all the formal photos… but then she also captured the most beautiful candid shots as well. James was there for a clip of anything and everything, but made it look intentional and beautiful. They captured all the smiles, laughs, tears and so much more. Words can’t describe how amazing the photos and videos came out! Their work is genuinely jaw dropping. So flawless and beautiful, yet natural and not overly airbrushed (I hate overly touched photos because it takes away the natural beauty). They truly have a special eye for shots and if anyone is looking for a photographer/videographer, I would 100% absolutely recommend booking with Wanderlust Peaks. They truly go above and beyond for their clients and I couldn’t be happier to have had them capture my special day.
